Three [3] different winners will be announced directly to the respective stores and the individual winners via supplied e-mail & phone numbers

Factory Tour Winner – Three [3] Prizes are guided factory tours of the Jersey-Canna chocolate factory for the winner plus one eligible accompanies extra guest. Also each winner will be awarded a gift box of non-cannabis infused products, promotional wear and a variety of gift cannisters, etc. Total value of each gift box prize to be awarded is $100. Winner may be accompanied by one guest [21+ years old] and are responsible for own transportation. Winner’s local Dispensary will be notified and may choose to join the tour. Factory tour may be recorded and publicized and winner agrees to allow related information to be used by jersey-canna and noted dispensary for their own advertising and marketing purposes. Prior to accepting any prize, each Winning Team and other guest(s) (if any) may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release (“Affidavit”).

Judging: Winners will be selected randomly on or around 2-17-25 from all entrants by Jersey-Canna management or their marketing company and notified via supplied e-mail. If a winning applicant does not respond to Prize Notification within 3 days, they will be disqualified and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and alternate winning Sweepstakes entrant may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Winning entrants will be required to prove their age before accepting any prize. Upon disqualification, the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be given.
Eligibility: Employees and immediate family or those living in the same household as employees of any participating Dispensary and each of their respective parent companies, promotional licensees, prize providers, agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, owners and agents, are ineligible to enter. The Sweepstakes shall be void where prohibited by law and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. New Jersey State law governs this Sweepstakes without regard to any principles of conflict of laws.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees (including income and withholding taxes). The ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided by Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to a Winning Team may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Winning Teams may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before a Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of Entrant on Winning Team for the actual value of the Prize received. Unclaimed/unfound Prizes will not be awarded. Winners are responsible for the costs and expenses of any activities not included in prize packages including, without limitation, any transportation, gratuities, lodging, food and beverages, parking, incidentals, telephone calls, and any other costs and expenses not associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein. No substitution of prizes is permitted by any Winning Team. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, returned or unclaimed prizes that are mailed or shipped to a Winning Team. The prizes ( or any portion thereof) are not for resale, cannot be redeemed for cash, are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount, premium or rebate offer. All Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Any prohibited resale of a prize (or any portion thereof) may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the Tickets. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions of any kind ( e.g. self-promotions, product promotions, ticket promotions, business promotions and/or commercial promotions) or any other commercial purposes, including, without limitation, Sweepstakes, auctions, sweepstakes and giveaways, without the express written consent of the Partnership, which reserves the right to cancel, not honor, confiscate or request the return of any Ticket that it reasonably suspects has been used for advertising, promotional (including Sweepstakes, giveaways or sweepstakes) or other trade or commercial purposes without such express prior written consent Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize ( or any portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or any portion thereof) is unavailable. Acceptance of any prize (or any portion thereof) constitutes the Winning Team’s certification that s/he meets the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Each Winning Team’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and otherwise at least twenty-one (21) years of age) unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Winning Team and his/her guests agree to comply with all applicable Stadium rules and regulations in connection with any prize. The Partnership reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any Winning Team or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game. Prize acceptance also constitutes permission to use names, photographs and likeness of the Winning Team for any purpose, including without limitation advertising and promotional purposes, without additional notice, approval, consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor, the Partnership and their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and prize providers may use the Entrant’s personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for marketing, such as to notify the entrants of a product or promotion that may be of interest to them. By entering, Entrants consent to such use of their personal information.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, Entrant gives Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, non-revocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, display, transmit, distribute, and prepare derivative works of the Essay contained in the entry, in whole or in part, for any purpose, in any media and format, now existing or hereinafter derived, including editorial, advertising and promotional purposes without additional notice, approval, consent, compensation or attribution. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to, without limitation, errors in these Official Rules or advertising for this Sweepstakes, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any part of it By entering, each Entrant agrees at all times to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Partnership, Steiner Sports and each of their respective parent companies, promotional licensees, prize providers, agencies’. affiliates, subsidiaries, general and limited partners, directors, officers, owners, employees, representatives and agents ( collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, illness, injuries, death, accidents, losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from any and all activity related to entering and/or participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize. The Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), (ii) disclaim any implied warranty and (iii) will not be responsible for adverse weather conditions, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppages or any other events outside of their control that may affect the Winning Teams’ ability to use the prizes (or any portion thereof). Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these ‘Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. If due to a printing, production, technical, programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated entries. In no event, will more than three (3) prizes. Entries that are obtained through unauthorized sources are void. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Game.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on an applicable website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of this Sweepstakes In the event that this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify this Sweepstakes, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action.
